- For a child from 2 to 12 years of age, accommodated on an extra bed is charged 30% of the package price for one adult. The extra bed is a portable folding bed;
- For a child aged 12 to 18 years old, accommodated on an extra bed is charged 70% of the package price for one adult. The extra bed is a portable folding bed;

- Late check-out is only possible upon prior confirmation by the hotel. Check out after 12:00 till 16:00 is charged at €50 / BGN 97.80 per room and €70 / BGN 136.91 per apartment. In case of check out after 16:00 A penalty of one night’s accommodation is payable;
Early check-in surcharge after 10am. on the day of arrival – €50 / BGN 97.80 per room and €70 / BGN 136.91 per apartment. Early check-in is possible only if rooms are available and after prior confirmation by the hotel. - In the event of an earlier departure than the pre-booked period, a penalty of the nightly rate for the day of departure will be charged for all non-refundable bookings. The remainder of the amount paid at check-in, if any, will be refunded to the guest by bank transfer within 14 days of the check-out date;
payment terms:
- All reservations must be be prepaid in full with a non-refundable deposit no later than 2 days after confirmation of the reservation by the hotel.
- When booking a non-refundable rate, full payment of the reservation is required within 2 days of confirmation by the hotel. The reservation is non-cancellable. In case of cancellation or no-show, the full amount of the reservation is due and must be paid by the guest. No refund of payment made is possible.
