Our Classic restaurant is offering indoor and alfresco dining in a relaxed poolside setting, just a splash away from the sea. Our guests can enjoy attractive á la carte and buffet options – a culinary journey around the world with our themed nights and revitalizing detox menu. After the restaurant’s renovation in 2020, a “show cooking” concept was implemented, where tempting dishes are prepared right in front of each guest, as per his liking and wishes. Complementing our philosophy of healthy lifestyle, the restaurant serves a selection of healthy, vegan and dietary options, prepared by using carefully selected local and international produce and ingredients.
To complete the dining experience in our Restaurant we have prepared Wine List representing the hidden treasures of Bulgarian wineries, the tradition of wine making in Bulgaria and selection of wines from around the world.
Apart of from that, we have selected the best Bulgarian fruit brandies which are locally known as Rakia in our Rakia menu where you can explore and enjoy high quality brandies presenting the Balkans herritage in alcoholic drinks production/
In the summer of 2021 we decided to add even more to the product we are presenting to our guests and to diversify their culinary experience in Grand Hotel Pomorie, offering daily themed dinners with specially selected dishes, a rich selection of wines, kraft beer and boutique brandy. For every taste we have prepared both accents from the region of Pomorie and a rich selection of international culinary temptations.

Saturday: “Fresh from the sea” – we have added the enchanting harp of Laura Panosyan for splendor
Sunday: “Beer and Barbecue” – kraft beer and guitar, is there a better offer for a summer evening by the sea?

The restaurant has has a capacity of 200 indoor seats and 100 outdoor seats in the summer garden.
