The price includes:
- 3 nights with buffet breakfast and dinner included;;
- Spa package: Finnish sauna, infrared sauna, herbal sauna, steam bath, Turkish bath, Kneipp path, ice cabin, shower bucket, gym, jacuzzi, salt room, rain cave, adventure shower, rain walk, forest path, indoor healing salt swimming pool, children’s pool;;
- Travel insurance and tax;

DISCOUNTS / SURCHARGES:
- Children between the ages of 0 and 2 stay for free;
- A surcharge for a child between the ages of 2 and 12 – BGN 105 for the entire package is due;
- For a child between the ages of 12 and 18, placed on an extra bed, 70% of the package price for one adult is charged. The extra bed is a portable folding bed;
- Additional weekdays nights available at the same daily average rate
TERMS OF PAYMENT
- When booking the package prices announced on the hotel’s website, no deposit is required;
- The total amount of the reservation is due and payable upon check-in;
- In case of earlier departure than previously stated in the reservation, a penalty is due in the amount of the unused nights and services included in the package price.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
- Check-in after 3:00 p.m.;
- Check out by 12:00 p.m.;
- Check out after 12:00. and until 4:00 p.m. is charged BGN 80 for a room and BGN 120 for an apartment. When checking out after 4:00 p.m. a penalty equal to the value of one night’s stay is due;
- Surcharge for early check-in after 10am. on the day of arrival – BGN 80 for a room and BGN 120 for an apartment. Early check-in is possible only in case of available rooms and after confirmation by the hotel.;
- Free cancellation is possible up to 48 hours before the arrival date. In case of cancellation less than 48 hours from the date of arrival or in case of no-show, a penalty equal to the value of the first night of the reservation is due.
