- Year-round. Annual holiday break: last night 19.12.2026, closed 20.12.2026 to 15.01.2027, first night 16.01.2027.

## Balneological (medical) centre

Medical centre on two floors with 17 treatment rooms. Head: Dr Stefan Shishkov. A doctor is available every day from 09:00 to 17:00; a doctor is on duty at the hotel around the clock. A medical examination is mandatory before procedures; the doctor decides and may refuse procedures in case of contraindications, for example cardiovascular conditions. Children under 18 do not receive procedures. Treatments with Pomorie mud and lye, physiotherapy, laser and magnetic therapy, kinesitherapy. Treatment and prevention of over 45 conditions, mainly of the musculoskeletal and peripheral nervous systems.

Indoor salt mineral pool (12 × 6 m, 32–34 °C), outdoor pools, heated outdoor pool, salt jacuzzi, Finnish, herbal and infrared saunas, steam, Turkish and Egyptian baths, salt room, ice room, Kneipp path, Technogym gym, massages and beauty treatments.
