DISCOUNTS / SURCHARGES:
A child between the ages of 0 and 2 stays free of charge;
For a child aged 2 to 12 years old, accommodated on an extra bed, an additional charge of 30% is charged from the package price for one adult. The extra bed is a portable folding bed;
For a child aged 12 to 18 years old, accommodated on an extra bed, an additional charge of 70% is charged from the package price for one adult. The extra bed is a portable folding bed;
On site, if not included: €30 per day for an adult; for a child 2–12 years old — 50% discount (€15)
- Breakfast — adult: €20 per day
- Dinner — adult: €20 per day
- Breakfast — child 2–12 years old: €6 per day
- Dinner - child 2–12 years old: €6 per day
Surcharge for a pet up to 4 kg: €25 per day
Corporate clients
Corporate clients with a concluded contract for the provision of tourist services benefit from a 10% discount on prices at the reception for individual reservations
What does the price include and payment method:
- Accommodation and the selected meal plan (BB or HB);
- Travel insurance and tourist tax;
- Free use of a safe in the room;
- Free Wi-Fi throughout the complex;
- SPA package: Finnish sauna, infrared sauna, herbal sauna, steam bath, Turkish bath, Kneipp path, ice cabin, bucket shower, fitness, jacuzzi, relaxation room, indoor healing salt mineral pool;
- Outdoor pools and sun loungers in suitable weather conditions (seasonal).
Bookings made on this website are paid immediately by bank card (Visa, Mastercard). Bookings made by phone or e-mail are paid by bank transfer. Additional services on site are paid at reception in cash or by card.
Direct bookings (on this website, by phone or by e-mail) are prepaid in full. On the website the amount is paid at the time of booking; for bookings by phone or e-mail, within 2 days of the hotel's confirmation.
Direct bookings are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled. In the event of cancellation, no-show or early departure, the amount paid is not refunded.
Check-in and check-out conditions:
Check-in after 3:00 PM;
Surcharge for early check-in after 10am on the day of arrival – €50 for a room and €70 for an apartment. Early check-in is possible only if there are available rooms and after prior confirmation by the hotel;
Check-out until 12:00;
Late check-out is granted if possible depending on the hotel's occupancy, and only after prior confirmation by the hotel. Check-out after 12:00 and until 16:00 is charged €50 per room and €70 per apartment. For check-out after 16:00, a penalty equal to one night's stay is due;
