LOCATION

Grand Hotel Pomorie is located in the northeastern part of Pomorie, 15 minutes from Burgas International Airport and 15 minutes from the largest Black Sea resort Sunny Beach.
The hotel is situated between the shores of the salty Pomorie Lake and the Black Sea, representing a unique combination of a hotel complex, balneotherapy /medical spa/ center, football stadium, and sports hall. Grand Hotel Pomorie offers its guests 154 rooms and 19 apartments, including:

As a token of our hospitality, your room will be supplied with a bottle of mineral water upon check-in. Your room will also be restocked daily with tea packets.

This is the perfect place to enjoy your book, favorite magazine, and a quality drink. Located on the first level toward the restaurant, past the “Billiard” room.

Business center
Please contact our reception team for assistance or to be directed to the appropriate staff member.

Spa package
To ensure a fully relaxing stay, your room rate includes a spa package. This includes access to:
indoor saltwater mineral pool, saltwater Jacuzzi, herbal sauna, infrared sauna, Finnish sauna, salt room, steam bath, Turkish bath, ice cabin, bucket shower, contrast pool, adventure shower, Kneipp path, rain cave, forest path, rain walk, fitness center, Jacuzzi, heated pool in the winter garden, outdoor pools and sun loungers (seasonal).

Messages

Wake-up call

Luggage storage
You may store your luggage in a special luggage room prior to check-in or after check-out.

In-room safe
For your convenience and security, there is an in-room safe for storing valuables. The hotel is not responsible for items not stored in the safe.

Fitness center
Located on the first level of the hotel complex, equipped by Italian company Technogym. Please use proper sportswear and shoes. If needed, contact SPA Reception.

Children’s room
A specially equipped area for our younger guests, located on the first level after reception. No childcare or animation is provided. Please do not leave children unattended — parents and guardians are fully responsible.

Internet access
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel.

Iron and ironing board

Parking
Parking in front of Grand Hotel Pomorie is paid. Rates are displayed at the entrance and at reception. Guests may also use free parking nearby — please contact reception (extension 9) for details.

Room service
You may choose from a variety of salads, appetizers, main dishes, and desserts served in your room for your convenience.
Order by phone at 124. Operating hours: 7:30 – 21:30. The current menu is available on the hotel website.

Mini-bar
All rooms are equipped with a minibar replenished daily. Consumption is recorded by hotel staff and paid at check-out.

Books, Bulgarian and international press
Available for purchase at reception.

Billiards
Located on the first level near the Lobby Bar — enjoy a refined atmosphere for pleasant hours with friends.

 

USEFUL INFORMATION

Elevators
Grand Hotel Pomorie has 5 elevators: 4 in the building center and 1 near rooms 28 and 30. For safety, children under 5 and wheelchair users should not use them without supervision. Do not use elevators in case of fire.

ATM
Located in the lobby to the left of reception.

Pools
Open 8:00 – 19:30. Please do not use pools after 19:30 to allow cleaning and preparation for the next day.
Swim caps are mandatory. For safety, use thick-soled slippers.

Pool towels
Upon check-in, you receive a card to exchange for extra towels from the lifeguard. Please return this card at check-out. Lost cards incur a 50 BGN fee.

Sun loungers
Please do not reserve loungers with clothes or belongings. Staff may remove unattended items.

Doctor
Available daily from 9:00 to 17:00. For emergencies, contact Reception or dial 112.

Spa etiquette

  • Proper attire: swimsuit, clean slippers, swim cap (robe recommended).
  • Avoid heavy meals, alcohol, or caffeine before/after spa visits.
  • Maintain quiet in relaxation areas.
  • Shower before using spa facilities.
  • Always use a towel in saunas.
  • Do not use unauthorized cosmetics in thermal zones.
  • No diving or jumping in pools.
  • No smoking, food, or drinks inside spa facilities.
  • Parents must supervise children.
  • Leave valuables in safekeeping.
  • Avoid saunas or steam baths if pregnant or heat-sensitive.

Spa and medical treatments reservations

  • Pre-booking guarantees that you will receive the desired procedure at a time convenient for you.
  • You can reserve an appointment for a procedure at the SPA reception.
  • Please inform the SPA reception staff if you suffer from certain health problems or are pregnant.
  • If necessary, you can consult with our doctor.
  • In order to fully enjoy the therapy, it is best not to be late for the procedure and to be with us 10 minutes before the scheduled time.
  • A delay for the therapy would shorten the duration of the procedure and its effectiveness.

Electricity
220 V/50 Hz with energy-saving card system. Insert the card near the door to activate power. Remove it when leaving — fridge and AC will remain functional.

Shops
Available on first and second floors — offering sports goods, beachwear, clothing, and cosmetics.

Smoking
Prohibited inside rooms and all indoor areas. Allowed only in designated outdoor areas. Violations incur a fine.

Check-in / Check-out
Rooms are available from 15:00 on arrival day until 12:00 on departure day (key card deactivates automatically). Notify reception in advance if you wish to extend your stay.

Dress code
Please wear appropriate attire for lunch and dinner. Swimsuits and robes are not allowed in the restaurant. Do not remove food from the restaurant.

Fire safety
Evacuation plans are on every floor and room door. Follow instructions. Use the bathroom panic button if necessary.

Room cleaning
Housekeeping operates from 8:30 to 16:30. Use the door hanger to request your preferred cleaning time.

Payments
The hotel accepts Bulgarian lev (and euro after 01.01.2026). Services can be charged to your room and paid at check-out — please sign for all charges. All cards are accepted except American Express.

Quiet hours
Please observe silence from 23:00 to 08:00 for the comfort of all guests.

Main Restaurant “Classic”
100 seats indoors, 100 seats in a summer garden. Romantic setting with sea breeze and pool view.

  • Working Hours: 7:30 – 23:30
  • Breakfast buffet: 7:30 – 10:00
  • Lunch à la carte: 12:00 – 14:30
  • Dinner buffet: 19:00 – 22:00

Restaurant “Capitol”
120 seats next to the conference hall — ideal for corporate dinners, cocktails, weddings, and events.

BBQ Hall
Private venue for small family celebrations and gatherings. Located on the first level near the Classic Restaurant.

Lobby Bar
Relax with a wide selection of tea, alcoholic, soft and hot drinks, cocktails, and desserts.
Open 8:00 – 23:00.

Ballroom
Located in the Atrium complex — perfect for weddings, proms, corporate events, and formal occasions.

 

CONFERENCES & EVENTS

Grand Hotel Pomorie offers multiple halls of various sizes and configurations, providing excellent conditions for business meetings, seminars, and congresses. Our team ensures every event combines luxury with professional attention to detail.

 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • Children under 6 are not allowed in saunas and steam baths. Children 6–12 must be supervised.
  • People with cardiovascular conditions should not use saunas or steam baths.
  • Children must use elevators and pools only under adult supervision.
  • Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited — violations incur a 100 BGN fine.
  • Do not remove food from the restaurant or bring food into guest rooms.
  • No glass cups or bottles in spa or pool areas.
  • Guests are responsible for damage or missing items and must pay market value.
